Sunbelt Software Complaint - Sunbelt Software Not Ready for Prime Time

After searching for a replacement to my existing home PC software firewall I came across what looked to be a promising contender, Sunbelt Software. I ordered the software, the CounterSpy software and Sunbelt Personal Firewall this weekend. Sure enough, the order went through without a hitch. However, attempting to download the software was another matter! After 3 attempts with my home PC with broadband connection...NOTHING. Would start but never complete. I could access several other sites and download anything just fine. I even tried my work laptop and it did the same thing. I work for a software company myself, but we sell enterprise software. Either way, customers have to come first. There should've been SOMEONE available to support new customers especially when money is changing hands. Suffice it to say that my confidence in Sunbelt Software was completely wiped away.

To make matters worse, there was no option for support during the Labor Day weekend other than email. When I called TUESDAY, during their business hours, a woman answered and then forwarded me to a voice mail box that said "we will be closed for Labor day, call back on Tuesday." Whoever is running their IT department or hosting their software should be fired. On the bright side, someone finally called me back today and confirmed that she reversed the charges to my credit card.

That's the only bright spot in this experience!
