Mini Of Sterling (Virginia) Complaint - Improperly Mounted Tires

Review by Amyamie on 2007-09-04
STERLING, VIRGINIA -- I bought 4 new tires from Mini of Sterling. They are "run flats". Within a month, one tire was flat. I called Mini and was told I had to buy a new tire. I asked about a warranty and was told to call Pirelli. I did, and was told that NTW was an "authorized" dealer.

When I took the car to NTW, they showed me where the tire was improperly mounted. 3 areas were not sealed and resulted in a slow leak. For $18, they sealed it the best they could... but didn't guarantee anything. I have been back 3 times since February to have the tire fixed. The bead was damaged by Mini when mounted the first time.

Meanwhile, I can't get anyone to return my phone calls at Mini. I spent $3500. for work there and can't get a call back.

I will never get service there again!
