Capital One Complaint - Disappointed with customer service of Capital One
CALIFORNIA -- Without a doubt, my credit card experience with Capital One has been the worst in using credit cards for 50 years! The Customer Service Department was unresponsive and completely disinterested in me...the customer. After months of frustration, I finally stopped using the card and only use cards by reputable banks. Now I have received a letter from Cap One noticing I have not been using their card. This is the only communication I have received from the company, even after 6 months of trying to rise above the Tier 1 level of complaint to try to solve a problem with a vendor.
I never could get an actual address to write to, nor a "real" person to talk to...just lots of form letters. Capital One needs to recognize they are only in business when they have satisfied customers - and I am not one of them.
