Complaint

MEMPHIS, TENNESSEE -- I wrote this complaint on Aug. 13,2007 - I've re-sent it 3 times. No one has responded. I've heard nothing! Not only are they horrible- but the people in charge could care less!!!! I usually fly Delta- I suggest everyone do the same!
I just want to let you know that this was my first and LAST experience I will EVER have with Northwest airlines. I usually fly Delta and this time I let my fiance make the reservations and i will not ever make that mistake again. My problems began in Memphis with the man at check-in, I do not know his name- but he was a Caucasian man with a mustache-gray hair and a northern accent. He was extremely rude. We were two minutes past the time we were supposed to be there to check in, which was our fault, yes- but there was really no need for his attitude. He told us we could not "roll in there that soon before our flight and expect to make it" he said, very sarcastically, "good luck getting past security with your bags"- he was extremely unpleasant and frankly put a huge negative cloud on the rest of our day.
hen we got to security and the people working security were yelling at everyone like we were herds of cattle- which also- was completely unnecessary. We are adults and deserve to be talked to calmly as human beings. Then on our flight to Denver, one of our stewardesses was completely rude- I saw her be really rude to a little girl and I almost said something to her because the little girl looked like she was scared to death. Then at the Denver airport, once again, everyone from Northwest was rude as they could be. We were told we "needed to hustle" by a check in person, then one of the guest service guys got in my face and yelled at me- which I have an entire separate e-mail address to write about him- and a security guard who witnessed to the whole thing and gave me her name and number. I cannot believe the way your employees treat people- its amazing anyone flies Northwest.
When I fly with Delta- everyone smiles and says Thank You- they give you crackers and peanuts during your flight-I understand that Northwest is cheaper than Delta, I just didn't know why until the past three days. It really is true- you get what you pay for and personally- I would pay NOT to have to deal with this rude awful airline ever again. You should really teach these people not only how to talk to people, but how to smile- or better yet, just go sit in on one Delta flight- your staff could learn a lot.
I will also be writing about this on several websites just so people understand what they are getting into before they waste their money to be treated like dirt.
