Music123.Com Complaint - Totally Useless - Online Orders
Online Orders - Complaint
Music123 is a joke. Expect multiple failures on every level when you try to order. I ordered several items in early July and they didn't start to arrive until early September. The original order claimed that everything was in-stock and pending shipment.
Subsequent checks of the order status online read the same for 2 months. Phone calls resulted in zero satisfaction. They finally e-mailed me that my order would ship within a week. WRONG. Another month was more like it.
When the order finally arrived (in 3 separate shipments for some inane reason) they sent me the wrong items. Then their snotty service rep wouldn't ship out the correct item until they had received the other one back.
Do yourself a favor. Run from Music123 and their sister company Musicians Friend at all cost!
