Sprint/Nextel Complaint - Never Again Sprint/Nextel
MISSISSIPPI -- I have been on Nextel for five years before switching to Sprint due to service/billing issues. That was a big mistake. Sprint ripped me off the first month. I have paid three times for the first month service. I tried to reach them through their website,,which was down, then their customer service which continually argued with me, then the local store who agreed that billing was crazy. Again with customer service, and again with the local store, who just almost literally told me to go away.
I will NEVER AGAIN use Sprint or Nextel. I guess I didn't learn the first time.
