Woodfield Nissan Complaint - Poor customer Service....

Review by kpdebnath on 2007-09-05
SCHAUMABURG, ILLINOIS -- Do not purchase any car from Woodfield Nissan. You will be in big trouble...

1. Sales person John did not explain me 'fine prints' about loan. I asked to apply loan for $19.4K but they applied for $23.1K. They did not complete forms and asked me to sign. They told me, they will complete all forms/print them later. Do not fall in trap...

2. New car had faulty tire. I went to their service center and they charged me to look into the issue. I have extended warranty but I was charged.

3. Poor customer service..

You signed a contract that had blank lines to be filled in later?!?

How do these people keep escaping from the short bus???!! First, you did not buy a "new" car because your extended warranty would have never even come into play because the manufacturers warranty always takes prescedent. Second, Ypu signed incomplete forms??? enough said.

This is another classic example of "There is more to this story." Dealerships simply do not apply for loans for customers for $4000 more than agreed--unless there was negative equity in a trade that was, as usual, "forgotten about" by the customer.

And who's job is it to read a contract before they sign it? Oh wait, that would be YOU! *shocked*

Aerocave, you only sound smart but... educate yourslef first, read this: http://bulk.resource.org/courts.gov/states/Ill.App.Ct./1031559.htm (you too klown; could use some reading before posting meaningless comments).
I've had my fair share of dealing with woodfield and could tell you that those people there are arrogant crooks.
