Sleep America Complaint - Switched Product - Bed Purchase

TUCSON, ARIZONA -- I purchased a sleep number bed from this establishment and when the delivery day arrived I had my bed torn apart and ready for the new mattress. I had ordered the dual remotes for the pump to the bed. When the delivery guys arrived and set up the bed I pointed out that the remotes were not correct as they do not have displays. The response was that this was the only pump in the warehouse, do you want the bed or not? I should have told them to get the heck out of my house, but I really thought the bed would be worth the huge amount I paid for it. The longer I had the bed, the more annoyed I became with it for various reasons.(see review for Select Comfort). I used the online customer service to complain, but never received a response.

I will not purchase my next mattress at Sleep America.
