Folsom Ford Complaint - Lemon Law Beware - Ford Truck

Review by cucotere on 2007-09-06
FOLSOM, CALIFORNIA -- I bought a truck from Folsom Ford in california and had it no more that 3 days and it started acting up on me. So I returned to the dealership and they said they would fix it no problem. 2 Days later it was not running right again and then the driver window fell in. Again I returned and was very upset spoke to bill and gary and they said no problem we will give you a new truck. And in the end they wanted me to take the loss of the other purchase and my payment was going up 200.00 More. Are they out of there minds? They only left me with one option, send it again to repair. Now repair cannot find what is making the truck run so rough or why it is back firing and I am stuck with a lemon truck that they refuse to take back.

Please beware of Folsom Ford and there shady deals, when I asked to speak to mr peterson the main boss they said no one speaks to him......

Ford Customer Service 1-800-392-3673. I tried to locate their regional manager for your area on Ford's web pages. None of them are listed.

The Lemon Law is a legal issue, did you try an attorney?
