Lipolex - Steele Medical Complaint - Charges to account - Weight loss product

I asked to receive a sample of Lipolex and I am continued to be charged montly for this product. I called today and there is another shipment on its way and I jave already been charged . I am told they cannot accept this product back . I have cancelled and am told I will not receive any more product. I am out over $200 . I only asked for the sample and did not see that they would send any more. I now have 2 deliveries of this product that I will not use.

Lesson learned .They are not an upstanding company.

People who buy from these 'merchants' fail to read the terms. The terms are always located on a different page quite separate for the order page. The link is usually found at the bottom of the page. It clearly states that by giving them your credit card number you agree to more of the product beginning 14 days after they ship. Unless you notify them to cancel before the 14 days are up. Good luck trying to cancel or getting a refund.

If it's not too late, try contacting your credit card company to get the charges reversed. PassingBy is very right. It's there, but you have to read each and every word to find it.
