Comcast Corporation Complaint - Automatic billing
19056, PENNSYLVANIA -- So I signed up for automatic billing through comcast. Most systems will be able to tell if payment has already been initiated, and not take the money out again....NOT COMCAST! I cancelled my service a few weeks ago and at the same time, cancelled my automatic billing. Since I cancelled my service and they bill in advance, I was credited $58, leaving a balance of $43. I called the other day to pay it, assuming that since I had cancelled the automatic billing, it wouldn't be paid otherwise. Unfortunately, I was wrong and they initiated payment for the full amount of $101.20 today! When I called and told them that they needed to credit me, I was told that it would take 2-5 WEEKS to receive a refund. Its still not resolved, I'm waiting for a call back from comcast but I doubt I'll ever get it...
