Southwest Airlines Complaint - Dress review
Can it be true that Southwest Airlines told the 23-year-old customer to change/adjust her attire because it was supposedly too revealing? You need to address this CNN video report if it is too one-sided because I don't know any reasonable person who would want to fly on your airline after that incident.
C'mon - you don't have the right to tell people what they can and cannot wear unless it is illegal attire. Just think of the message you are sending us. We already have to worry about security, delays and cancellations. When choosing an airline, we don't need to start worrying about how we as average customers are going to be treated by your flight crew.
Perhaps this situation feels more disturbing than it really is. Nevertheless, I'll remember it when I have a close choice to make between competing airlines.
