Rooms Today Informative - Horrible Service - Furniture

PLYMOUTH MEETING, PENNSYLVANIA -- We purchased a bedroom set and a dining room set at rooms today. When it came time to have it delivered, at the end of August, we were told that they would be unable to deliver the dining room set until October 20, with was over a month and a half away. When it came time for them to deliver the bedroom set, we received a phone call saying that they couldn't get the truck down the street, and that they wouldn't be able to deliver it. They refused to park at the other end and walk it up, which was less than half a block. When we spoke to the manager, he told us that if he could've done anything he would have already, and had a huge attitude the whole time. customer service was HORRIBLE!

I would never ever shop here again...i guess it's true what they say... you get what you pay for.
