Sprint Nextel Informative - Terrible customer service
MICHIGAN -- Customer service at Sprint/Nextel is terrible. On several occasions I spoke with at least six people none were helpful. I was told by at least one I could get a credit for my account if I changed my plan,so it was noted on my account because I couldn't do it that day. To make a long story short, when I called back to do so I was told by yet another person "No we can't authorize what someone else told you" even though this was noted in my account. It is frustrating ,the lack of consistency. The customer service reps are not listening to us the consumer. I find that when they get frustrated with the consumer they turn us over to their cocky supervisors,who tell us as well that they can't do anything for us. I'm sick of listening to these young or foreign people you sometimes can't understand,tell me that they can't help me,then put me on hold forever only to say "I'm sorry but i can't help you today". They can help but they won't. These people are just there for a paycheck,they don't care if you are helped or not.
Well I can promise you this, I will be taking my business elsewhere when my contract is over. One customer isn't going to make or break this big company,but continuing with poor customer service or lack of will not help it either.
