Menards Complaint - Misled - Won't rectify - Outdoor Utility Shed
Outdoor Utility Shed - Complaint
GLENDALE HEIGHTS, ILLINOIS -- I viewed and purchased a utility shed.. Salesman assured me it had windows as standard. When delivered, no windows. Called them - salesman said his error.
Won't give me the shed with windows as ordered, and want to charge me for pickup/return.
Also watch their "rebates" - its for in-store use only, not cash!

You're not going to get satisfaction by calling them on the phone. Go in and speak to his superior and have them take the return cost out of the goof's salary who led you astray.
