Southwest Airlines Complaint - Sudden, questionable, NON-EXISTENT customer dress code
SAN DIEGO, CALIFORNIA -- Based on the incredible treatment of Kyla Ebbert (ref. recent interview by Matt Lauer on the Today Show) I am officially boycotting SW Air. An employee named "Keith" humiliated her in front on the entire passenger base with whom she was flying, stating that her skirt and shirt which FULLY covered her body was inappropriate for flying. After apparently changing his mind, (or realizing he was completely out of line), he let her fly with the same outfit on. The REAL problem was SW air's response to the incident. Rather than apologizing to her for this incredible screw-up, they stood behind "Keith"'s behavior. I am outraged, and certainly will not fly SW ever again... and will do all I can to spread the news. Honestly, had I been able to e-mail them with my concern, it would have stopped there, but they seem to have this no e-mail policy as well... which incidentally makes it all the more difficult for people who have lost baggage to report there losses... another thing I am glad to have learned about.
I want to fly an airline which actually cares about there customers, and wants to make every aspect of travel easier - including reporting lost luggage (and status updates of said luggage) as easy as possible - which for me is online.
