Direct TV Complaint - Overseas customer service
OHIO -- The problem with Direct TV is that the "customer service" reps are in the Philippines and do not understand the issues/ or English language. They bully customers instead of solving the problem.
moved across the country and took advantage of the "free move" they advertise. I stopped service for two months during my move. I have now been billed over two hundred dollars for the time when I Was not using the service! I have called the 800 number numerous times to solve this error in billing but each time I get false information "mame we stopped your service because you didn't pay your bill".
MY SERVICE WAS NEVER STOPPED!!! I MOVED!!!! NOT ONE PERSON IN THE PHILLIPINES IS ABLE TO EVEN TRY TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM. I DON'T LIKE MY MONEY GOING TO PAY SALARIES IN THE PHILIPINES SO I'M STOPPING SERVICE. I WILL SEE DIRECTTV IN COURT IF THEY DON'T SOLVE THIS ERROR.
