Orbitz Complaint - Lousy Customer Service/Product
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA -- I traveled to LA on an Orbitz reservation. I asked for a room nonsmoking and with handicap. When I reached the hotel, which was in a war zone, I got neither. I argued with the staff, that mentioned that I could take the smoking non handicap room or leave. I questioned the Orbitz operator on 2 separate occasions about the reservation and they assured me of the specifics of the reservation. After several minutes of arguing, I got a non smoking room, but no handicap. Moral of story, do not trust Orbitz, I'll use hotels.com or some one else.
I did make Orbitz aware of the situation when I returned home over email. They apologized, which steamed me even more. What a sorry group.
