Voip.com Complaint - I Have Tried Everything
I am totally frustrated with voip.com.
I have had the phone service for months, and it is still not working. I downloaded a softphone, it worked for awhile, and now it has stopped working also. I've contacted the company by email, nothing got resolved. I am so happy I kept my business land line.
If anyone know what I can do to not pay the 40.00 cancellation fee, please help me. I have had enough.
