Protect America - Security Systems Complaint - Service After Contract Is Signed

ROUND ROCK, TEXAS -- It seems that I have been paying for services that I never received. My system has not been working properly due to improper installation or bad equipment for about half a year. I recently came back from Iraq and realized that my family was falsely protected. When I pointed out that the equipment was not working properly, they stated that it's going to take a week or more to replace the equipment and that if I wanted it earlier, I will have to pay. If I continue to have these problems with faulty equipment or whatever, they will only try to repair it via the phone. During this time I am paying for services that I am not receiving. I am totally unsatisfied with this, and want this action corrected. If I want a technician to come out, I will have to pay $100.00. I am a very unsatisfied consumer.

I recommend you never use this company and let others know about them. They are no good.
