Miller's Crossing Complaint - Horrible Service - Customer Service

CHESTERFIELD, MISSOURI -- This was our first and last visit to Miller's Crossing in Chesterfield, MO.
It took 25 minutes for a waitress to come to our table to take our drink orders! Once we got our drinks, it took 45 minutes for the waitress to come back to our table to get our food order! We should have left, but we were curious to see how long they would ignore us. The service never got any better. We had no one checking on us during our meal. The table next to us had to eat their fries with no ketchup because they couldn't get a waitress to come over. The restaurant wasn't even very busy!

The waitress apologized, but offered no reason for the delay. We asked to speak to the manager He said the waitresses had no sections and were doing random tables. He acted like he didn't care. He never apologized and didn't offer anything for our inconvenience. I could not believe how we were treated by the staff and the manager!

We will never eat there again. It is not worth waiting 1 1/2 hours for the food, which wasn't even that good.

Sorry to hear this. I know the feeling and lucky for me the place where I got that treatment went out of business.
