Peak National Bank Complaint - Loans

Review by hole in one on 2007-09-12
GOLDEN/DENVER, COLORADO -- Be very, very careful if you deal with this bank. They are very good at changing the terms of the loan on the installment note and deed of trust at closing without disclosing the fact that these changes are not in accordance with your agreement and understanding. Read everything carefully!!!!

I currently have a rather large lawsuit pending against Peak National Bank and would like to hear from anyone who has had similar problems. We could become involved in a class action suit.

I already have an attorney who is well versed on lender liability. He really wants to nail these people.

Where was the lawyer and/or title company. Contact FHA as this could be a violation for non-disclosure.

Actually, you need to contact HUD, not FHA.

The necessary complaints are being filed under the fair credit reporting act and the fair credit lending laws.
