Thrid Party Agencies like Orbitz Informative - Involuntary bumping off a flight

Review by Timboss on 2007-09-14
I read another article in a respected national newspaper about 'bumping' on the nations airlines. When a plane is overbooked who gets bumped first? That is right, those passengers who have tickets through third party discounters (Orbitz, Expedia, etc). So just beware.

I've flown within the US and internationally 6 times in the past year. I always check the online agencies and none could get me a cheaper fare than by me just checking the airline and there are not fees!

The third party sellers are in for a tough time as people realize what a pain they are to use.
