Time Warner Complaint - Terrible Customer Service
DOWNEY, CALIFORNIA -- I was given a window of 1-3 p.m. for the technician. At 3:20 pm customer service told me, "Don't expect them to show up today." I had already missed 1/2 my work day not to mention no cable service. Of course, Time Warner will still bill me for SERVICE I DIDN'T HAVE! Customer service rep (term used very loosely) said a tech may show up but I won't know until 5 pm at which time I need to call back to find out to what day and time I've been "bumped". I bet if the tech were paid by the jobs actually completed, all techs would be on time and then finish all their jobs each day if not more!!!
