British Airways Complaint - Poor Service from BA allround
BANGALORE -- Hi I flew to BLR on 20th of July. The flight was delayed on the tarmac for 3 hours, no food or drink was provided, when I asked the trolley dollies, I was told that the drinks were not ready. Yet I saw the Business Class passengers being served orange juice and water.
There was no way for people who were receiving me to know what time the flight was arriving. BA does not have a flight information line in India, which can be dialed to identify if the flight is on time or not.
This meant that my parents had to make two trips to receive me, the first at 4:00am as the flight was scheduled to arrive at 4:30am. It eventually arrived at 7:00am
On the return leg, I was denied boarding, then on arrival at Heathrow, I found both my bags damaged, later I found the contents damaged as well.
I have not had any compensation from BA, only emails saying that someone will contact me. This is not acceptable.
