Isle of Eden Complaint - Missing products, no company response

Isleofeden.com - my order took over 2 months to reach me after several e-mails requesting status and a request to cancel the order - no response from company. The products (approx $78 worth of "hand made" body scrubs, bath creams, and body sprays) arrived missing 2 items which I had ordered, and one product was incorrect (or one which I hadn't ordered was sent by mistake). My credit card had been charged for the full amount including shipping immediately upon submitting my order.

Multiple attempts to rectify this situation have been ignored by the company and my credit company will not allow a dispute because too much time has passed.
