Sprint Nextel Complaint - Customer Service
I just want to let any one that has been considering switch to Sprint PLEASE DON'T. They have the worst customer service rep's I have ever come in contact with. Originally, it was not such a big deal because the cellular service was good but now I get a lot of dropped calls and customer service rep's that have no idea how to serve. There is a very rare chance you will get a rep that is helpful but you have a better chance at winning the mega million lottery. They obviously don't spend much money training and they alway have to switch you around several times and a good portion of the time they hang up because they are probably not trained in that either. I had been with the company 8 years and I am so glad I don't have a contract so that I can leave. Their service is even worst after the merger which is the reason I've decided to leave.
If you still decide to switch watch your bills closely because they have tried on at least 2 occasion to over charge me by a couple of hundred dollars and when they say they are going to correct something watch you bills for the correction otherwise you will never get it and make sure that you get a full name or employee number because the rep's tell you one thing and say they made note of it and they never intended to make a note.
