Sharp Complaint - Malfunction with TV and Sharp does not help

LODI, NEVADA -- To whom it may concern. I bought a $1500.00 flat screen Sharp Aquos TV and it has a malfunction that the volume comes and goes. Sharp does not supply Sears Repair with the the audio board so they cannot fix it. The audio board if 400.00 alone. I would expert that if Sharp knows about the problem they should stand behind their name and fix it for me. Sears informed me that it is not only my Sharp TV that it has happened to.

So there is a problem with the Sharp Aquos TV audio boards. Consumers beware.

Gee! thanks as I Am going to by a new t.v in the coming months,I will erase sharp t.v's from the list to consider,I have erased vizio already because where my wife works it's the top brand returned and believe you me they are a major buying club where she works.word does get around.

Good I am glad and tell everyone Sharp does not stand behind their product. I told sharp I would get the word out and that they would regret not helping me fix my TV. I am not the only one with isues regarding the volume going on a sharp Tv. Good Luck

Sony and Sharp are a major brand, so therefore they are the largest brand sold in stores, so expect a large return rate from these brands.

I have 2 32" Vizio HDTVs. One developed a minor problem where the bottom of the screen was wavy. It was fixed in less than a week. A tech replaced the motherboard.
