Dick's Sporting Goods, Inc. Complaint - Horrible Customer Service
WARNER ROBINS, GEORGIA -- I've been going back and forth with Dick's Sporting Good's for weeks trying to get a bat that we've ordered and paid for. We ordered a youth baseball bat but received a fast pitch soft ball bat. Each different customer representative that we've spoken to has given me a different story: Either the bats out of stock, or they sent the wrong one and won't send the right one until we return the wrong bat, yet they want me to PAY to return the bat. They talk around the problem and refuse to answer my questions directly. When I told them to cancel the order and return my money, they said that it wasn't possible until we return the bat that they wrongfully sent me. I was told that I'd eventually get the bat and if I couldn't wait, go to one of their retail stores and buy a new one. I told a manager how unsatisfied I was, and he offered to give me 15% off my next order of 150.00 or less. Um, no thanks, because I will not be ordering anything from Dick's Sporting Goods.
The bats that they sell are excellent, but their customer service is ridiculous.
