Wendy's Complaint - Lack of Service / Caring by Management
BRYAN, TEXAS -- I spent my lunch break at the Wendy's on Texas Avenue Bryan TX, 9-22-2007. My order took 30 minutes to be completed. There were two other orders served before mine that were taken after mine. I asked for the manager and was told we are short handed, the manager never did come forward. I asked for the store number so I could identify the store for my complaint and was given a false number but a person who finally did represent himself as the manager William. I also overheard William tell another customer "We do not give refunds", I did not know that was Wendy's policy. I guess the other part of this complaint that I find really upsetting is that no where on Wendy's website is there a place to find a contact number, email or website make this sort of complaint.
Too bad Dave Thomas is not still around I somehow do n ot believe he would tolerate this sort of thing.
