Spirit Airlines Complaint - Customer service - Reservation
FLORIDA -- After entering an incorrect date for an upcoming reservation, I called Spirit to correct the problem. Of course, my call is routed to Manilla, Philippines via a poor quality connection and to an agent who speaks poor English. 65 minutes later the problem is unresolved and I have to end the call. The agent assures me that the change fee will be waived and I will pay a rate/fare change fee. I agree and advise I will call back. two hours later I call back, new agent with thick accent who claims I never called and there is nothing he can help with. I repeatedly request a supervisor who speak fluent English. the agent refuses and hangs up on me.
I will make a point to avoid Spirit Airlines for all future travel.
