US Probation Office Complaint - Identity Theft

Review by poedashell on 2007-09-24
I went to purchase a cell phone at Alltel. My identity had been stolen and I informed them of that. The Clerk stated did *** do it. I was shocked to learn that this person was on federal probation opening bank accounts even though the federal judge ordered no accounts were to be opened. This person now has 7 fake social security numbers listed on their credit report yet was able to open a account using another fake social security number.

The probation officer was informed and did not see anything wrong with that.

If your identity is stolen the Social Security administration, Ms White does not care and will shine you on. The FBI is too busy to deal with it. If a person is put on probation the probation office is too busy too deal with probation violation even if given proof.

Why are we paying taxes to be screwed?

Another person at southdakotagov has had similar experiences yet nothing is done to known felons.

How did the clerk have any idea who stole your identity?
