Thatsmynamegifts.com Complaint - NEVER GOT MY ORDER - Children's Personalized Gifts

I placed an order with this store at the end of August 2007 and immediately got a confirmation that all was fine and my order would be shipped promptly.

I NEVER GOT MY ORDER. My credit card was charged. I couldn't find my email to track it all down.

I finally found the order email. Clicked on the "status link" and it said order "on hold." This was now almost a month after my order and I had never received any notification. It took me TWO emails over the course of several days to get a response.

She told me that she had a supply problem. Here was my favorite line "To be honest, this has been more aggrevating for me than for my customers." She promised to ship to me immediately and throw in an extra CD. I wait ANOTHER THREE DAYS. Right. Nothing shipped. I send ANOTHER EMAIL asking her to ship my order immediately (I was now running up to my deadline for getting my nephew his b-day gift). She sends me back an email saying she decided not to ship it to me because I was too demanding--- yes, I had the nerve A MONTH LATER to "demand" that she ship my order. THE ORDER I HAD ALREADY PAID FOR.

PLEASE --- DO NOT USE this company!

I hope you did a chargeback on your credit card. Thanks for the warning.
