Sprint/Nextel Complaint - Sprint/Nextel is BS
SACRAMENTO, CALIFORNIA -- So back in Feb. of this yr I went and signed up for a Nextel account. I was told that my deposit that I had to put down was going to be refunded to me on my first bill. Well come to find out that it wasn't the case. They told me on the phone that it will credit your bill after one year. First bill came in the mail and it was excess of 400 dollars. So I refused to pay it. They sent me to collections and I finally paid it in June. So I changed my plan in July to a family shared plan.(which by the way they couldn't find my name or SS# in there system but my cell phone still worked). The sales lady on the phone said I was up for a new phone so I ordered a new phone online for no charge. I got my bill in August saying that I was charged for a 3rd phone that I never ordered nor received. And they refused to take the charge of $84 off my bill. And I told them why would I need a 3rd phone when I only have 2 lines on my family plan. The CSR sat there and told me that I probably bought it to sell it on ebay. (are you freaking kidding me right now).
Today I just received my bill in the mail saying that I owe them 500 dollars for the month of August. They told me that they need 300 dollar deposit for that second line that is FREE so it would increase my spending limit. And they still couldn't give me a straight answer on why I owed 200 for my bill which is suppose to be 70 a month.
Why would I want that in the first place. Its been non stop problems with them everyone has a different story on what goes on there or there polices. Wheres the class action suite when we need it
