US Loss Mitigation Services Complaint - Beware of US Loss Mitigation Services!

Review by Consumer Beware! on 2007-09-26
US Loss Mitigation Services is owned by [name removed]. I was employed with this company as a Loss Mitigation Specialist for about 3 months.

When I tried to cancel my membership with their company, I sent an email and mail notification. Per their contract, an email will suffice, but I wanted to cover all bases. This was 3 months ago, and I am still getting billed the monthly fee for being a loss mitigation specialist with their company. I have sent follow up emails, and have called them to confirm receipt of my resignation. Every time I call them, they say that they have never received my emails/letter, and would I please send another?

Please be careful when dealing with US Loss Mitigation Services as a Loss Mitigation/Short Sale Specialist. They are quick to sign you up, but negligent and will rip you off if you no longer want to be a part of their company!

Send another letter certified return-receipt. That way there is evidence they got it.

You paid to work for them? the only place I have ever seen this is at the Teepee Drive-in in Indianapolis, IN. the carhops pay like $5 per shift to work there and buy their own uniforms. This sounds terrible, but these girls make at least $100 per shift in tips. I had a cousin that worked there, and my mom helped her one year with her taxes, and was amazed. She asked Monty how she could get a job there. ROFLMAO
