Polaroid Complaint - Terrible Customer Service & Product
LEXINGTON, SOUTH CAROLINA -- I purchased a Polaroid MGX-0560 GPS unit on Dec 23,2006. The unit lasted 4 weeks at which time I contacted Polaroid Customer support and was told to return it for repairs or replacement since it had a 1 year warranty. I returned it and waited 8 weeks for a replacement. The replacement lasted 6 weeks when the same thing happened. Again I contacted customer support at which time they sent a call ticket for it. That was June 06.2007. It is now Oct 2007 and I still cannot get either a replacement unit, a refund or my old unit back so I can take it back to Target where I bought it for a refund. All I get from Polaroid customer support is the run around and to just keep waiting.
I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER POLAROID PRODUCT OF ANY KIND THE REST OF MY LIFE.
