Bloomsnroses Complaint - Complaint - Flower Delivery

I cannot believe these people, or is it just one person? Has taken my money and not delivered any flowers to the specified address!! When I queried 5 days after the same day delivery day, he said I got the address wrong!!! How does he know my family address? He then told me the address I gave him and it was correct, but he is telling me it is wrong, so he did not deliver and won't give my money back.

I am still proceeding with my complaint because in my view this site is a scam and the person has stolen over 80 dollars from me and given nothing, not even a leaf!

Dispute the charge w/ your cc company.

I agree with you 100% one customer told me yesterday that they are the first to take money but won't deliver the product. I had a customer order something for a funeral that was totally messed up; the company didn't compensate her even though the product arrived 4 days later (and the food was bad). there has been many complaints of peoples roses showing up dead. I wouldn't recommend 1800 Flowers
