Bob's Discount Furniture Complaint - Damaged Items Poor Customer Service
ATTLEBORO, MASSACHUSETTS -- Bob's delivered a damaged $600 curio to me. I sent it back twice and received two more damaged curios.
After that, my confidence in their product is next to nothing.
I wanted my money back. They will only give me store credit. You can only get your money back if you cancel your order three days after purchase.
EXCEPT YOU CAN NOT GET MOST OF THEIR PRODUCTS IN THAT TIME!!
This is awful business. They delivered damaged and unacceptable products THREE TIMES!!! And they will not give a refund!!!
DON'T BUY FROM BOB'S. BUY FROM CARDIS, JORDAN's or Bernie and Phyls!!! A LITTLE MORE EXPENSIVE BUT THEY WILL STAND BY THEIR SALES!!!!
