Reward 660 Visa Complaint - Complaint for Rewards 660 Visa

FORESTHILL, CALIFORNIA -- I just read a review from another customer regarding the Reward660 Visa Credit Card. I totally agree with there statement. I have always paid more than my minimum payment each month and I still continue get harassing phone calls 3 to 4 times each day stating that if I don't pay the balance in full at this time then it will be reported to the credit bureau. Again I make more than the monthly payment. My card has been placed on credit hold and they refuse to take the hold off of my card. I have been told several times by customer service that once I fax a copy of the the front and back of my canceled check to them then they will take the hold off of my card. I have sent the front and back of my canceled check to Reward660Visa for the last three payments and still they still refuse to take the hold off of my card. Again I am told to fax proof that my payment has cleared my bank. I am not making any more payments to this company until they release the hold off of my card. I have also told them to stop contacting me expecially three to four times a day. I consider this harassment to the full extent of the law. They have refused to stop calling and I am filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

Try using bill pay from your personal checking account. This might speed up the crediting of your payments.

Send a registered letter if you haven't.

I haven't had any problems with this credit card. I make my payments on time either on line via telephone (Mostly online, but sometimes the payment may not go through so I ask them to waive the payment by phone fee.) I'm sure they don't report to all the credit bureaus because it specifically states to some of the credit bureaus. I've recently received my credit increase and the emails I receive are informing me that i've made all of my qualifying payments to be eligible for the increase. I love this card and I'm sure any difficulties you are having are not completely the creditors fault. The only advise I can give is to read all of your paperwork before agreeing to the terms.
