ACA/Cheap Trips Complaint - Waiting for refund - Travel
I joined this company via telephone in order to take advantage of cheaper air fares.
This was back in July. Within days of this agreement, I called to say that I was no longer interested. Right after the company sent me the literature, which was pretty insignificant, I decided that I did not want their product. I did manage to speak with someone twice in billing and this person assured me that my visa account would be credited the amount of 113.95 immediately.
This is now October, and still there is not credit.
