DSN-Direct Shopping Network Complaint - Poor service - Customer relations
GLENDALE, CALIFORNIA -- I purchased 12 items from DSN in 2003-2004 and kept 6. They offer a 30 day money back guarantee on items. I wasn't satisfied with the items, so returned them I always was refunded. I did not try to buy anything for 3 years and now they say my acct is froze for 2 many returns. I have been told to phone only certain times and certain people Thurs - Rod. He is the only one who can help to restore my credit. Today a girl told me no one would ever restore the credit. I told her even criminals are given a second chance, she said they are different, there is no way change things. I have emailed and phoned repeatedly because I really want to buy something from them, but there is never an answer and never anyone to talk to but the operators.
