DSN-Direct Shopping Network Complaint - Poor service - Customer relations

GLENDALE, CALIFORNIA -- I purchased 12 items from DSN in 2003-2004 and kept 6. They offer a 30 day money back guarantee on items. I wasn't satisfied with the items, so returned them I always was refunded. I did not try to buy anything for 3 years and now they say my acct is froze for 2 many returns. I have been told to phone only certain times and certain people Thurs - Rod. He is the only one who can help to restore my credit. Today a girl told me no one would ever restore the credit. I told her even criminals are given a second chance, she said they are different, there is no way change things. I have emailed and phoned repeatedly because I really want to buy something from them, but there is never an answer and never anyone to talk to but the operators.

What kind of company refuses to sell to others.

Since they don't want your business anymore go shopping elsewhere.

It stinks for you, but every store, restaurant, company has the right to refuse service to anyone they want to. Sometimes some companies take it a little further than they should.

They pulled the same with me about freezing my account.. so I called back on the other line in the house and gave them all my same info but since that phone number was not in their data base they set me up as new client.

See my other post here .. quality wise I have been on of the lucky ones, but as far as shipping time, customer service and refunds they suck the big one.

And who ever was complaining about Blonde Elvira.. laughed out loud on that one.. she is obnoxious.. but she cut her hair so she doesn't look so obnxious now. I cannot stand to listen to any of the show hosts.. I watch on occasion but seldom buy anymore and wonm't now after reading here and a few other sites and all the same complaints.
