Dell Computer Corporation Complaint - Dell Computers and Their Customer Care is a real problem
NJ -- I have had a nightmare with Dell. I bought two computers and accessories almost 3000K. One computer had problems and the other one they sent to replace it was completely dysfunctional. I returned a computer and two routers and it shows by UPS it was returned and they have lost all records and won't credit my account. The "robots" who answer the phone only have selected knowledge and there is no one that can solve the problem. So my conclusion is: 1 The products are substandard, 2. the customer service is at best horrible, the support, is difficult and this is a company that expects the customer to work for them. I have decided to pay what I know I owe and let them come after me for the rest and I will write the world. After 50 hours of working on it I basically give up. So this is a case of buyer beware.
I just bought three I macs and they are great and their service is good... so there is hope.
