Wal-Mart Complaint - Oil change and tire rotation
SCHERTZ, TEXAS -- I went to Walmart in Schertz TX for a tire rotation and a oil change,I was told 45 min, in 1 hour I went to find out if it had been done, they forgot to do the tire rotation and I noticed my hood out of line as if the hood was closed with the mat they use to keep the fenders from being scratched had not been taken out,I asked to see the manager it took 20 min,I also watched as a chubby reddish blond so called service tech brought up another car,when he passed by my truck he kept staring at the hood.
When the so called manager showed up he said he would look at the video (which i was not allowed to look at)and get me a claim form,he came back 10 min later said he did not see anything wrong on their behalf, and claims will not do anything about it.
I have shopped at Walmart for years I even had my windshield cracked at another Walmart and it was replaced got great customer service, the store manager even called back to see if everything had gone alright.
Not Schertz Tx Walmart The claim dept had not called the manager is never there to answer the phone.
I closed my Walmart cards and sam club account and have and will continue to get as many people as i can to quit Walmart.
We are just a dollar sign to them not a customer.
