Stainsafe Complaint - Stainsafe Companies

WILTON, NEW HAMPSHIRE -- As a consumer from your state, I felt it was my responsibility to bring to your attention the following incident.

I have been trying to receive services from Stainsafe for over two years. I have paid for these services and feel I have been 'ripped off'. I purchased a warranty for a 7 year period of time and over the years have received a writter letter of full replacement on a recliner sofa. It is dated February 06, 2002. I have not received the replacement sofa yet. I have logged the countless calls and rude comments from their customer service department and have been promised everything to 'I'll call you back.' to 'It will arrive in 10 days.' I have read on the internet many more complaints against this company.

As a resolution, I would like the following:

They should be made to honor their warranty and letter stating a replacement dated February 06, 2002.

take the replacement letter to the store where you purchased the furniture. The store should honor the replacement.
