La Quinta Inn New Orleans Camp Street Complaint - Vehicle wrecked by valet

Review by Hunter123 on 2007-10-08
NEW ORLEANS, LOUISIANA -- I will not stay at a LaQuinta establishment again. My vehicle was wrecked by Valet (have a witness that saw the accident) and Hotel would do nothing to help. Tons of college kids staying at hotel and hotel had NO security. Could not even get to front doors due to kids on lobby floor. They did not even have manager on duty on Sunday. It took over an hour to get vehicle to guests!!!!

Terrible Terrible experience along with a brand new vehicle wrecked.

You did get a police report right?? You say you have a witness, let your insurance company go after them. Why do you think you have to suffer the loss a new vehicle? Did this happen during spring break??

When you checked in, did you sign anything that relieved the hotel of responsibility in the event of an accident involving your vehicle? If so, the best you can likely get is re-imbursement of your deductible, if any.

Look on the bright side. Maybe that valet will drown and the La Quinta gets destroyed in the next hurricane.
