Yoplait Complaint - Alert - Yoplait / General Mills Foreign Object In Yoplait Whips

Review by simplesid on 2007-10-08
ORLANDO, FLORIDA -- We purchased YOPLAIT WHIPS yogurt product. I was eating it when a foreign object was discovered in my mouth from Yoplait Whips Chocolate Mousse. I took it out of my mouth. It looked to be like fish scales or skin or a malleable plastic perhaps. Several months have transpired, and after emails and telephone calls, Yoplait / General Mills did NOTHING to resolve the situation. Yoplait / General Mills did not gather information to prepare a consumer alert or to investigate what the foreign object was or how it came to be in their food product.

We have received no action and no response from Yoplait or General Mills.

I just ate an Orange Creme Yoplait for lunch, maybe you had a piece of the lid fall in your cup. Steve I love that Chocolate Mousse yogurt. It helps with my daily chocolate fix.

I agree with Princi. Could you post a picture of this foreign object??

Well it's happened to me before, I didn't pull the top off all the way and a small piece fell into the cup. And it did feel like a fish scale.

Principissa, I love the Orange Creme. And I also have had part of that foil lid in mine. Its such a pain to pull off correctly.

They are a pain to pull off. Orange Creme and White Chocolate Raspberry are my favorites. And when I need chocolate I do the Chocolate Mousse.
