Burger King Complaint - Wrong Order and Cursed and talked down to by Female Burger King Manager
1500 PINSON VALLEY PARKWAY STORE # 5120, TARRANT C, ALABAMA -- On October 8th at 8:45 a.m. my husband and I were on our way to get my car repaired. I wasn't feeling well so I checked my blood sugar and it was 42 which is extremely low. We pulled into Burger King for breakfast so I could get my blood sugar back up. I realized once we started eating that my order wasn't correct but, we were then getting on the freeway. I told my husband and he told me to go on and eat because my blood sugar was low and that was more important. The order was for a croissant combo and I received a sausage biscuit combo. Once I got the blood sugar straight I look on the ticket so I could call and report the problem but the number list didn't give me the restaurant, it gave me a survey. So, I called once I got back home where I could look up the restaurant’s number. I asked for a manager and she asked me if I had the food and I explained what happened and told her I wanted to call but there was no number on the ticket where I could contact the restaurant. She then barked at me saying "You just realized that your order was wrong it's 12 o'clock". Shocked that she spoke to me in that tone I explained to her what happened again. She then started speaking to me as if I were one of her children so, I hung up. I called back and asked her for her name and she refused to give it to me. I told her I would call Corporate headquarters and she said she was a "Grown ASS Woman" and she did not care who I called. She then said she was, going to refund me my money but, since I hung up in her face she wasn't going to do anything. I told her I wasn't going to let her talk to me any kind of way. I then hung up and called corporate.
This is day two and I haven't heard anything from this company so, I called corporate back. I was informed it would take up to 4 days for someone to contact me in this matter. I will NOT give Burger King my time or money every again.
