Motel 6 Complaint - Horrible Room at Nashville North
NASHVILLE, TENNESSEE -- Customer Service Manager,
As a frequent user of your company, I feel obligated to share with you my experience.
I reserved a room at the Nashville North for March 2nd, 2001 while I attended the OVC College Basketball Tournament at the Gaylord Entertainment Center (Former Nashville Arena).
We were late coming in to Nashville, and were in quite a rush to grab some dinner, and go to the games.
After check in which was smooth, upon inspection of the room, many, many pubic hairs were found in the bed, and the bathroom was dirty with grease marks on the floor, and a sink that wasn't properly cleaned.
We requested new sheets, and they were supplied. But due to the fact that the sheets weren't replaced in the first place, we were afraid to use the blankets provided.
This was not a huge problem, yet the overall condition of the room was disconcerting in the least, and did make for a sleepless night.
To help keep me as a potential future customer, I would like the following:
First and foremost, I would appreciate an apology for the condition of the room.
If a compensation of the room is part of the apology, I will gladly accept it, and post your quick resolve on the multiple websites I have used to voice my concern.
At the very least I would like a response from your company regarding this incident.
