PlumberSurplus.com Informative - Horrible customer service

These guys sent us an incorrect part. After weeks of phone calling, they agreed to take the part back, even though it wasn't in the original packaging. We sent the part back, and they refused to accept the merchandise -- BECAUSE IT WASN'T IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING!

I spent hours on the phone with them, getting mixed signals and incorrect information. I will never do business with them again. Their mistake cost me $250.

It sounds like you probably didn't follow the returns policy. I agree with AlleyS, always keep the original packaging.
