Brinks Home Security Complaint - Cancellation - Home Security

AURORA, ILLINOIS -- We canceled their service in Februrary since we were moving abroad, after 7 years of being loyal costumers and always paying on time since we paid with direct payment, when we called they said we had a "credit" for the month we already paid they could not give a refund so they would continue the service for that next month. After that we received bills every month from them, we called every month telling them we had already canceled the service, they said every time they were sorry for the mistake they thought we still wanted the service, we are in October and last bill said if not paid will be send to collection.

Very poor bussiness to keep clients!!!

Dispute the charges with your credit card company or your bank.
Don't let them take your money.
